Delivery is charged at $12.00 for orders shipped to countries in Zone 1.
Orders placed before 3pm CST are usually dispatched 1 business day after the order has been placed. (Business days are Monday - Friday). If your order contains multiple items these may be dispatched separately.
Your order will be dispatched from our US warehouse and should reach you in 14-16 business days. Delivery times are stated from the date your order is dispatched, not the date your order is placed.

Delivery is charged at $20.00 for orders shipped to countries in Zone 2.

Customs and Duties (Zone 1 & 2 Shipments)
Any and all customs and duty fees and charges are the responsibility of the buyer and we recommend checking with your local customs office for specific details of any charges that may be incurred. We cannot alter the value of your order on customs declarations.
Shipping and Tracking
We usually ship all orders via DHL however we may use other carriers if this is more efficient. We’ll confirm shipping method once your order has been dispatched from our US warehouse.
We’ll also send you an email with your shipment information and tracking (where available) after your order has been dispatched.
Order Not Received
If your order hasn’t arrived with you as expected please:
- Check your delivery address was entered correctly. Contact us if there are any errors.
- Check the delivery timeframe, if you have reached the estimated delivery date, please wait an additional 24 hours for any deliveries to be completed.
- Check with your neighbours to confirm whether they have accepted your parcel for you.
