What size should I get?
The Protect Mask comes in 2 sizes: Regular & Plus.
The Regular is sized to fit adults of average size. The Plus is best suited for anyone who has a larger than average head/neck or an extremely bushy beard!
To check which size will give you the best fit, take 2 quick measurements, and compare to the table;
1. From the bridge of your nose to the bottom of your chin.
2. From the circumference of your head at the bridge of your nose.

It’s incredible! You can wear it in 3 different ways and it’s so much better than a regular facemask. My favourite thing about this facemask is definitely the straps because they don’t go around your ears, they go around your head a bit like the way a sleep mask would therefore it’s adjustable to the size of your head and you don’t get any rubbing or irritation around the ears or face resulting in “maskne”.

The coolest feature is the full mask mode. You have magnets on the side of the face. You just follow the fold lines, fold it under and let the magnet snap into place - isn’t that cool? In full mask mode, you are fully protected at the bottom of your face, top of your face, sides of your face. Nothing is going to get in there as far as airflow. However, as far as the airflow you do want? The fact I can still talk and don’t get that claustrophobic feeling with masks that are pressed up against your face. I cannot recommend this product enough to you guys!

It's also fully adjustable, to ensure the fit is close and comfortable. Mouldable around the bridge of the nose, with a comfortable, under ear strap design and foldable sides to ensure minimal air leakage and maximum comfort.
With three layers of filtration as standard, your Trtl Protect Mask also comes with 3 PM2.5 filters offering 5 additional layers of filtration and can be used for up to a week of occasional use.

How do I fit my Trtl Protect Mask?
1. Place the centre of the mask over the bridge of your nose with your head tilted down.
2. Wrap the straps around the back of your head under your ears and tighten with the fastening tape.
3. Finally, mould the nose bridge around the bridge of your nose until tight and comfortable. The mask is now in Shield Mode.
From here you can slide the mask down around your neck to use in Scarf Mode or adjust to convert to Mask Mode.
Does it adhere to WHO/CDC guidelines?
The WHO recommends Face coverings are comprised of at least 3 layers of material. An outer layer and inside layer and a middle layer which may be a removable filter insert. It recommends that the outer materials repel airborne droplets and inner layers absorb droplets.
The CDC states masks with at least 2 layers of fabric are most likely to reduce the spread of COVID-19 when they are widely used by people in public settings. They should be made from washable, breathable fabric and may help prevent the spread of COVID-19. They should not feature a 1-way exhalation valve.
The Trtl Protect Mask is constructed from a combination of layers of materials that work in tandem to filter the air that you breathe in and out, capture airborne droplets and dry quickly. Air breathed in and out, flows through a minimum of 3 layers of material or up to 8 layers with the included, removable 5 Layer PM2.5 Filter Insert. The outer and inner materials of the mask are made from a tightly woven 'Sports Jersey' made from an 80% Polyamide/20% Spandex blend that absorbs airborne droplets and then dries out quickly. Sandwiched in-between the outer & inner layers of the mask is a PU coated Polyester waterproof membrane that blocks airflow and water droplets through the mask, other than directly in front of the Filter Pocket. Here air passes through another layer of Sports Jersey and the 5 Layer PM2.5 Filter Insert.

Are filters included?
Yes. Each Mask comes with 3 x 5 layer PM2.5 filters with a built-in activated carbon layer.
The filter should be replaced after 16-24hrs of continuous use - dependent pollution level. The filter becomes harder to breathe through when it is clogged, so this is the best indicator of when to replace it.
Where can I get more filters?
The Trtl Protect Mask is compatible with standard-sized PM2.5 filters that can be bought from a number of sources e.g. Amazon. Just search for PM2.5 filter and you’ll find a large selection of vendors.
How do I wash my Trtl Protect Mask?
1. Remove the filter
2. Fasten the headband straps together
3. Put in a delicates bag
4. Wash with detergent at 40C
5. Drip dry
